definition of strees is a condition or state of the affected body because of psychological pressure , physical illness can arise due to the weakness and low endurance at that time

upset : everyone seems not friendly
tired : it’s waste of power
frustration : the process before going to crazy
depression : narrow mind
sadness : no one can help him/her
excessive work : too complicated

howa to reduce stress
1. Try eliminating some tasks from your to do list
to keep our mind were balance , and relax

2. Avoid doing several tasks at the same time.
To avoid people become strees

3. meditation
because meditation it’s a time when we try to keep silent to relax and, it’s worked

4. get rest enough
Sleep restore body and mind and help us to keep mental and physical health

5. Balanced Diet to keep Nutrition
that stress can reduce the vitamin B of the body and reduce the absorption of vital nutrients. Becomes important to ensure the food we have a balanced diet. Attitude in one experience or how to respond to stressful events depends rather than how much a diet as well as in our abilities.

6. Avoid Or Limit caffeine.

7. regular exercise( Dr.David Posen)
find activities that work best for you and start doing , for example aerobik.
8. Simple life
Sometimes the little things that actually matters most. It is amazing how a simple treatment-related fun can reduce stress , example Take time to walk on the lake or the park, playing with children or nieces or read a book. Make time in your schedule to do the simple things that bring joy to yourself.

Some times when we fell strees it’s really disturb us to do activity , like frustration, it’s really stuck in our head, but don’t worry if you choose the way like us tell you, we sure that if you are stress you are not until grazy
